Sleek Bill is an accounting tool specifically intended for managing invoices. The program has a very intuitive interface. In this respect, there is even a welcoming menu from which you can easily pick the next action. These include generating new invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, bills of supply, delivery notes, etc. Other possible options are creating reports as well as performing data backup and restoration.
It is a good idea to take advantage of the possibility to use sample data before embarking on entering real figures and information. This will let you know what the program can do without putting your real data at risk. As you will see, creating an invoice, which is the most recurrent action, is quite easy, even more if you have some previous experience with other invoicing tools. If such data as client names, shipping addresses and product descriptions have previously been entered, you should only pick them from the corresponding dropdown boxes. Once you have created the desired invoice, you can simply email it in PDF format to your client.
In general terms, Sleek Bill supports other very convenient features, such as banking integration, inventory management, taxation management and payment handling. Moreover, for each transaction, it allows creating quotations, estimates and proforma bills.
To sum up, Sleek Bill is an excellent software solution for managing invoices in small and mid-size business. Yet, it does not seem to be appropriate for big enterprises. The product is available in a free edition, which has some limitations as to the number of invoices you can create per month. So, if you need to perform more activities and access more features, you should purchase the premium edition, which is paid at a rate of 40 dollars a year. Fortunately, there is even an online version, with a very similar interface, which does not require installation and stores data on the cloud.
